2 6 - m a y - 2 0 0 7 : more typical trevor brown bad luck - all email sent to my hotmail address between 19 to 25 may has suddenly become blank! - empty messege boxes and no reply address - 41 letters lost, mostly people wanting to join my mailing list - nice to know you can always rely on microsoft to destroy your data - msn hotmail support:

2 1 - m a y - 2 0 0 7 : a few more details re the babies book - i'm now planning on producing this as a deluxe boxed set including one original drawing from the book and maybe a set of three badges (?) - selling price likely to be $100 (?) - possibly ready for sale in july (?) - those interested are advised to join my mailing list and i'll send out a newsletter with advance secret information on how to order a copy - half the 100 copies will be reserved for the taco che bookstore

 
   
         
 

1 0 - m a y - 2 0 0 7 : birth of the babies book now in sight! - this is something i've been working on slowly over the past year or two - it includes over 100 coloured line drawings of freak babies and 20 small oil paintings of freak toys - contentious and cute! - originally conceived as volume nine of my mania artist book series - then there was a possibility of it being published as a 'proper' book in france - but that publisher now (understandably) concerned about the book's lack of commercial potential and difficulty of distribution - so it's gone back to being a self-produced book (objet d'art!) which i'm actually quite happy about and think is best - i'm hand-making 100 copies, digitally printed on vanilla (beige ivory?) coloured card - 58 pages, A5 size - an exhibition is being planned at the taco che bookstore here in tokyo at the end of august ...

1 7 - a p r i l - 2 0 0 7 : the baby art shop has now closed it's doors and been deleted from the site - as most of you will know, this is thanks to paypal permanently 'limiting' my account (ie freezing and closing it) due to my work being child pornography apparently - i was refused any right to contend this - alternative payment options proved too troublesome and were mostly wasting my time (90% of people never sending money) - the only item i am still selling is the crash babies silkscreen portfolio:
