my alice exhibition is now being scheduled for mid april next year 2010 - it's being organised by span art gallery at the bunkamura gallery in shibuya - (exactly coinciding with tim burton's alice hitting japan) - because of the size of the gallery i've dragged in doll artist yuriko yamayoshi as a co-star for the show - editions treville, my publisher, confirm they'll be able to get the book ready in time (hmm.... i hope!) - approx 30 works

another group show at span art gallery that i am part of - i think the original idea was to supply 100 artists with a postcard size canvas and ask them to do something on the theme of "alice" - should be interesting, tho i'll probably get shown up, unlike all these other japanese artists i'm lousy at working at such a small size - exhibition runs from 24 november to 05 december, 2009

a double page spread in a ukranian magazine called EGO ("we're a cross between GQ ans Esquire") - circulation 40,000 distributed throughout the ukraine - it's all in russian needless t'say - this was part of a feature on artists using "infantilism" themes (includes principally a six page interview with zhang peng)
