Look ‘ere, M8… with all this love of “free speech” and “artistic expression” poppyrot, you’re forgetting exactly wot made Britan great.. Cold showers! The birch! Port and Stilton… and if all else fails, close your eyes and think of England!
Gadfrey, how I’d like to have had that SpeedyE cove in my platoon at Simla..it’d have been half-rations of rum and plenty of the lash, and he’d have been sorted soon enough.

I know nothing about the UK, but I assume, like in most countries, that people are allowed to hunt, with perhaps a permit or regulations. Would that mean that you can kill animals, bleed them do death, carry them on your truck, shoot armless creatures, possess weapons capable of murdering, endanger species, massacre a family, remove the guts from a living entity… BUT, you can’t own “disgusting” pictures???

    (PUKING ALL OVER THE PLACE)

Lt. SpeedyE may be an officer, but he is obviously not a gentleman. Probably didn’t even attend one of the better schools and should be horsewhipped on the steps of his club, if his club even has steps. Damn your eyes, you bloody sodomite.

Miss Viktwhore, however, raises some interesting thoughts, especially the part about shooting armless creatures.. sounds like jolly good sport, much better than foxhunting!
    Cheers to you, madam!

just having sexual fantasies is illegal - one is permitted to terrorise fluffy little armless animals and let a pack of ferocious dogs rip them to shreds …so long as one isn’t appearing to cause injury to the breasts, anus and genitals, and one isn’t getting a stiffy

this is bull shit, im practicly screwd with my art work, thats it i want out. tokyo here we come

    Re Charlie Phillips:
On the ‘art’ front we’re still vaguely good. As long as it’s not a photograph or video, we’re good.
Cartoons, paintings, writings etc are still A-okay. But yes, I too will get the heck out of heck as soon as that goes. But yeah, go burn your photo albums.
However, in… Australia is it? I forget but there it doesn’t matter what a file actually is, if you have a file challed ‘naked sexy child’ or something, you can be charged. Even if it’s a picture of a cactus.

Also, it needs clearing up that one is not “permitted to terrorise fluffy little armless” animals unless one works in a slaughterhouse. Fox hunting and animal abuse are both illegal in the English homeland.

    > hunting and animal abuse are both illegal in the English homeland.

not quite - hunting now legally banned (finally!) - but that just means the ferocious dogs part - the terrorising fluffy little armless animals part is still legally loopholed - hunt meetings still take place

    >the terrorising fluffy little armless animals part is still legally loopholed

Oh fudge. My prickish apathy to hunting aside, those terms are just not fair on we ‘violent pornographers’, it’s completely out of whack!
At this rate I’m going to end up on your doorstep, Mr Brown.

I always feel better about living in the US when I hear about completely ridiculous laws like this. I can’t see things getting any better here either though. No politician wants to defend sexual deviants and perverts, despite the fact that most politicians (and people in general for that matter) fall into one or both of those categories. Well I’m going to go masturbate to shock images now.

Speaking of disgusting things are happening in Germany too. Stu Mead’s site is probably about to go down. I saw an email from the German youth “protection” organization from today’s date (16 Feb) claiming that images on the site violated laws against both the display of “virtual” child pornography and sexually explicit material that may not legally be seen by minors. Apparently they say they’re contacting the domain in Berlin to remove the offending site. (So much for the US trying to write Germany a decent Constitution after WWII…)

Just curious, how did you see this email you’re writing about? Would you share the link so we can see it?

  15. LAS said on 18 Feb 2009 at 9:13 am

Humbelina, it was sent to me anonymously. I’m a pretty well-known lawyer who writes on this topic. (You can ask Trevor.) I’m sure the letter is real, too. It is from the Jugendschutz.net - Jugendschutz in Telemedien, in Mainz.

i’ve had two personal domains shut down / hacked? / snatched away from me (the latter documented here) so i am sure stu’s site is being targeted (as well as this one) by those who think they know what’s best for us
